We provide all our trainee accountants with the necessary training and all round experience in the areas of accounts preparation, taxation and auditing in order to meet the requirements of ACCA.  Training goals and targets are reviewed on a continual basis with formal performance appraisal held on a twice yearly basis.

Throughout their work trainees are exposed to a variety of accounting scenarios and accreditation standards, gaining the necessary skills to become fully qualified and professional accountants.

We offer an initial competitive market rate salary reviewed on an annual basis.  Increments are awarded on successful completion of exams and/or job performance/value added to the practice. Our study package includes paid study leave and full contributions to the cost of course fees/exam fees on the successful first attempt.

On completion of the training contract there are many opportunities within our practice for candidates who have demonstrated the necessary ambition and commitment.
